Standard Industry Classification (SIC) codes provide a realistic picture of each company’s business activities and are a numerical coding system designed to classify a company’s line of business. Internationally, Sample Answers use the US87 SIC codes. We also use NACE and other countries’ local classifications, to determine a company’s activities.
